                Sa`etak: Interpretiraju}i osnovne principe upravqawa ukupnim kvalitetom (TQM) u radu se predo~ava slo`enost wegove primene u bibliotekama, a u kvalitativnom i metodolo{kom smislu razgrani~ava dnevno poboq{avawe kvaliteta rada i usluga, sa jedne strane, od uvo|ewa sistema kvaliteta i TQM, sa druge. 

 

 

LIBRARIES AND TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

 

            Summary: Interpreting the basic principles of total quality management (TQM) the paper points out the complexity of its implementation in the libraries, and in the sense of quality and methodology fixes the boundaries between the daily work and service improvement, on one side, and the introduction of the system of quality and the total quality management, on the other side.
