Marketinske mogućnosti primene Interneta u savremenoj bibliotečkoj praksi

Sažetak: Ideja o elektronskim bibliotekama je svoju realizaciju u praksi podredila čekanju na adekvatno softversko rešenje koje bi omogućilo korišćenje i naplatu servisa, uz punu zaštitu autorskih prava. Rezultati koji su na tom polju učinjeni u svetu svakako su veliki i treba ih upoznati, ali naša bibliotečka praksa i načini korišćenja Interneta kao medija za prenošenje i korišćenje informacija umnogome zaostaju. Delovanje u „realnom okruženju“ traži određeni minimum infrastrukturnih uslova, dosta volje i znanja da bi se realizovali makar i pionirski koraci u marketinškom pristupu.
Summary: In practice the idea of electronic library has subordinated its realization to waiting for adequate software solutions which would enable service use and payment collection with full copyright protection. The results which were achieved in this field worldwide are really large ones and we should become familiar with them but our library practice and the way of Internet use as a medium for information transfer lag after very much. The action in ”real surroundings“ requires a certain minimum of infrastructure conditions, much will and knowledge to realize even pioneer steps in the marketing approach to the whole matter.
